1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through my online shop.

3. Conclusion of Contract
By placing an order in my shop, you make a binding offer to purchase the product(s). A contract is concluded once I confirm your order by email.

4. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices are final prices. As a small business under § 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG), I do not charge or display VAT.
In accordance with § 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG), no value added tax will be charged.
Shipping costs are shown separately in my Shipping Policy.

5. Delivery
I deliver within Germany, the EU, and internationally. Delivery times can be found in my Shipping Policy.
Delivery delays caused by customs or external circumstances are not my responsibility.

6. Payment
Payment is made via the payment methods available in my shop (e.g. Shopify Payments, PayPal, Credit Card). Full payment is due at the time of order.

7. Retention of Title
Goods remain my property until full payment has been received.

8. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days. Details and the withdrawal form can be found in my Refund Policy.

9. Unique Items Disclaimer
All products offered are one-of-a-kind pieces. Minor variations in color, material, or finish are part of the creative process and do not constitute defects. Therefore, claims for defects or replacements are excluded.

I process personal data only as necessary for order fulfillment. For details, please refer to my Privacy Policy.

11. Final Provisions
German law shall apply. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is invalid, the remainder of the contract shall remain valid.
